While the part ended up being delayed by two days, we were always kept alerted to the situation (the communication we received was exemplary), and the actual service was performed beautifully. We had a bad experience at a Hyundai dealer in Wichita, and have decided that all work we need done on our Hyundai will now be done at Laird Noller. Danny and Jessica specifically were wonderful to work with. Well done. More
In and out, everything taken care of Went in for an oil change. They reminded me that my left blinker was out, and got that taken care of too. Danny Dolar and Jessica worked on our behalf to convince Hyundai to replace our engine. Lesson learned...ALWAYS HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED AT THE DEALER PURCHASED AT AND ALWAYS BUY YOUR HYUNDAI FROM LAIRD NOLLER LAWRENCE!! Having bought our car in Olathe, Danny took it into his own hands and worked with Hyundai to get us a new motor. He saved us thousands of dollars due to a manufacturer defect! Having just a few oil changes done elsewhere could have changed this entire outcome and Danny and Jessica were A++++. Thank you Laird Noller Lawrence. Being in customer service...this was the best service I have ever experienced...considerate, prompt, professional, excellent follow up and sincere!!! Not the norm!!! More

Started bad, but ended good I went into the dealership to get a couple recalls on my car done. I had called and set up an appointment so I could get right in. I was told to drop my car off at 8 a.m. on a Friday morning. Being a single mom, I had scheduled multiple appointments that day so I could do everything on my day off of work. When I showed up, I asked when my car would be done because I had multiple appointments that day. They proceeded to tell me that my car probably wouldn't even be worked on until at least 10 which is ridiculous since I was told to bring my car in at 8 a.m. I was in a dilemma and they began telling me that I could reschedule if that worked best for me. Obviously rescheduling would just be a hassle and I didn't like how the men were about to handle the situation. Luckily, a man (Joey Ruder) stepped in saying he would get me a rental car and even rode there with me so I wouldn't have to keep reinstalling the car seat since I had my 2-year old daughter with me that day. If it wasn't for this man being so kind, I would never go back to this same dealership. More

Another mistake We brought our explorer in for a recall related service and had also asked for the oil change/tire rotation to be completed. This is the second time We brought our explorer in for a recall related service and had also asked for the oil change/tire rotation to be completed. This is the second time in a row that they FORGOT to do the oil change/tire rotation. It is difficult for us to coordinate everything - work, kids sports events - and find time to get the vehicle dropped off and picked up. Now we have to find a way to do it again. More
