Questionable and Rude I went in for the first work done on the brand new car I bought from them. The poor experience I had with the service department made me question the quality of the work done on the car. Worst of all I asked for more information on my car and was told they couldn't provide any information for me, on the car that I bought from them! They couldn't give me information on a brand new Hyundai that I bought at the Hyundai dealer!!! Worst of all I called them to ask about this and the service person I spoke with Alex became argumentative and then hung up on me. Nothing is worse in my opinion than hanging up on someone, especially from someone in service! I called back and asked to speak to a manager, and they didn't let me speak to one. I came into the shop and requested to speak to one, and still no one came. Sadly, when we bought the car (6 months ago-that we have paid in full already) we had a great experience with with Joe Kelly. He was excellent and did a great job. He came out yesterday when I was at the dealership and called me by name and spoke with me. I informed him we were ready to purchase another vehicle in the next 2 months or so to replace mine, but I wasn't sure I wanted to come back due to the experience I had bringing in my car for service. I hate that one bad experience-which leads me to believe there will be more - is going to cost Joe a sale. More
