Exceptional customer service I came in for a routine oil & tire change. Happened to mention that my C-Max had an annoying "rattle", @ 11,000 miles. Grant offered to ride around I came in for a routine oil & tire change. Happened to mention that my C-Max had an annoying "rattle", @ 11,000 miles. Emergency battery replacement I called Alex at Hyundai Service this past service indicating that my 2011 Hyundai Tucson was dead in our garage and wouldn't start. First he recomme I called Alex at Hyundai Service this past service indicating that my 2011 Hyundai Tucson was dead in our garage and wouldn't start. First he recommended an excellent towing company, 19th Street Tow, to come tow it to the dealership. I know you were extremely busy; however, he made sure my car was fixed in a very timely manner, and even suggested they go ahead and perform the oil change that was scheduled next week. He also suggested I change the type of oil to a synthetic (I think he said) so I could go longer between oil changes and perform better for our vehicle. I have never been unhappy, whether dealing first with Danny, then Jessica, and now with Alex. Also every person who actually worked on all 3 of our vehicles has done a very good job as far as I can tell. I also like your waiting room; it is comfortable and I like having control of the remote! More
