Incompetent Body Shop Bought my truck from Laird Noller and was hit by another driver 3 weeks later. Laird Noller Collision Center in Lawrence has had my f150 for 7 weeks. Bought my truck from Laird Noller and was hit by another driver 3 weeks later. Laird Noller Collision Center in Lawrence has had my f150 for 7 weeks. Tried to give it back to me with a terrible paint job and a bad rear door. They fixed the paint after 2 more tries. Been waiting 3 weeks for just the door to get fixed but they don’t know how. Keep telling me Ford tech support has to tell them how to do it. I will never use this dealer or body shop again. They don’t know how to do the work and repeatedly try to say the truck is done without fixing obvious problems. Total incompetence. More

Quality Prompt Service Brought in for my Ford Fusion's oil change. Made an appointment ahead of time, and they were ready for it when I got there. Upon arrival the next day, Tyler provided speedy service and Shane left my car in excellent condition. Arrived for my service appoint at 4:30pm, and was greeted by Jessica with a friendly smile. After mentioning the year and model of my Sonata, Jessica remembered details of our phone conversation and mentioned there were no recalls on my car, that hadn't already been completed. It was great to speak with a service rep who was willing to take the time to go over my extended warranty with me, and address the concerns I had with the company I purchased the warranty through. After a full vehicle inspection, oil/filter change and going over the inspection details with Jessica, I was out of service within the hour. Great experience! Keep up the good work folks! More
