I did find it frustrating that when I called to make the appointment the person gave me a time/date but when I said that I wanted the mirrors looked at the informed me that was a warranty issue and that I'd need to call another number to make the oil change appointment. I fussed at him a little and he transferred to me. I thought that was confusing and a bit irritating. More

Honorable Business I came in to have my brakes replaced, per the recommendation of another dealership. To my surprise, grant took me back in the shop and showed me that I came in to have my brakes replaced, per the recommendation of another dealership. To my surprise, grant took me back in the shop and showed me that my brakes were actually good for another 25k miles! I've never had that kind of service....and it was QUICK.
