Paul and Danny took great care of me in years past and I'm pleased to say I've come to expect excellent service over the years from this service shop. Paul and Danny took great care of me in years past and I'm pleased to say that Jessica is doing a great job! She really went the extra mile to make sure my visit was smooth and eased the sting of unexpected costly repairs. The amenities provided for customers who wait, or courtesy rides to those who need to go elsewhere are wonderful. I'll be back soon for any and all future maintenance on my Hyundai. More
Beware of Pricing I liked the overall work but the price I was quoted and the price that the service department tried to charge me was way off. normal oil change It was determined that my car had an oil leak, and both rear shocks were leaking. However, NO ONE pointed this out to me. If I didn't read my paper It was determined that my car had an oil leak, and both rear shocks were leaking. However, NO ONE pointed this out to me. If I didn't read my paper print out, it would've gone unnoticed. Also, Lincoln concierge service includes a car wash, but they told me it would be an hour to an hour and a half before they could do this. They were washing new cars (which could've waited) and gotten mine done much quicker. This certainly wasn't concierge service. More

At first there was some confusion because the dealership has different locations for working with different makes of vehicles. I became concerned whether the extended warranty I purchased when I bought the car would apply. Tyler at Quick Lane and Jeff in Finance offered very useful information which was helpful and reassuring. I left with my free oil change (a perk of purchasing the car from the dealership) and was very satisfied. More
