He fixed me up with airing up my tires and told me that the next appointments would be in at 10:00 am. I asked if I could wait it out and see if they come and if not if I could get my car in. He was in agreement. So of course the appointments did not arrive and I did not have to wait two weeks to get everything done to my car. Thank you for the quick service and the coffee! Please update the pictures so the correct employees can get recognition for outstanding services. I will get names at my next appointment in 5 months. More

Frustrating scheduling process It’s frustrating when I’m told at the beginning of this whole process that I have to wait two weeks to make an appointment to get a rental car because It’s frustrating when I’m told at the beginning of this whole process that I have to wait two weeks to make an appointment to get a rental car because of a recall. Once the part arrived I was called and told to have my car at the shop on Friday. It had to be Friday. Regardless of my work schedule it had to be then or I’d have to pay for the rental car myself. Generally very good, this time not so much I have been generally very happy with the service department here, quicklane, service bay, and body shop. I had made an appointment over a week in adv I have been generally very happy with the service department here, quicklane, service bay, and body shop. I had made an appointment over a week in advance for an oil change and tire rotate/balance/align. When I got there, they only had me down for an oil change and while they did the rotate/balance they said they were backed up on the alignments so I’d have to come back another day for that. Very disappointing/inconvenient to not get all the services I was expecting. i may go someplace else for alignment but I bought the tires there so rotations are free which is the only reason I switched to them for routine maintenance. Will be doing some math before it’s time for my next oil change, that’s for sure More
