Waste of time and money My vehicle has 16K on it and a dash button doesn’t work due to the company cancelling Sync. I feel Ford should fix this rather than me pay $900. On a hot day in June, the check engine light came on, indicating a misfir Our 2013 Ford C-Max (odo 65,000 miles) experienced two problems this summer. On a hot day in June, the check engine light came on, indicating a misfire. We are the second owners of the car, and it wasn’t purchased from Laird Noller, but because this seemed a manufacturer specific problem, I took it to Laird Noller. They repaired it; we paid for the repair and hoped that was that. Unfortunately the problem repeated twice more, the last time stranding us in KC and requiring a tow, after the car went into “safety mode.” Each time we brought it to Laird Noller, Greg and the other staff got us a rental and ultimately did not charge us for the repair, because they had not caught it the first time. A few months later the car died unexpectedly overnight. The battery tested as fine. Laird Noller reset the computer and again did not charge us for the fix. As much as we love our C-Max, we’re disappointed with its reliability. Laird Noller, however, has been above reproach. They’ve earned our loyalty and gratitude. More

Waited it out! Went to make a appointment to get my oil changes and tires rotated. Told Jerry that I needed air in my tires too. He fixed me up with airing up my t Went to make a appointment to get my oil changes and tires rotated. Told Jerry that I needed air in my tires too. He fixed me up with airing up my tires and told me that the next appointments would be in at 10:00 am. I asked if I could wait it out and see if they come and if not if I could get my car in. He was in agreement. So of course the appointments did not arrive and I did not have to wait two weeks to get everything done to my car. Thank you for the quick service and the coffee! Please update the pictures so the correct employees can get recognition for outstanding services. I will get names at my next appointment in 5 months. More

Frustrating scheduling process It’s frustrating when I’m told at the beginning of this whole process that I have to wait two weeks to make an appointment to get a rental car because It’s frustrating when I’m told at the beginning of this whole process that I have to wait two weeks to make an appointment to get a rental car because of a recall. Once the part arrived I was called and told to have my car at the shop on Friday. It had to be Friday. Regardless of my work schedule it had to be then or I’d have to pay for the rental car myself. There were two scratches in my dash as a result of the airbag installation Also, the question below is making me select a person I worked with.
