It's not often you hear GREAT things about a Dealership Service Department - Laird Noller Ford in Lawrence is the exception. I strongly recommend them for any work your vehicle may need. I wish I could remember the mechanics name because I made a joke about my SUV and thanked him for doing what he does. Instead of just giving me a kind response he asked me if he could answer any questions about what was going on with my SUV. More

Check truck I brought a truck in for a diagnistic check. It sat 2 days before they could get to it. I called and it still was not done. I drove out of the dealer I brought a truck in for a diagnistic check. It sat 2 days before they could get to it. I called and it still was not done. I drove out of the dealership and 10 minutes later the issue arose that i took the truck in for. Not sure how dedicated they are to fixing the issue. More

Disappointed The person we dealt with when dropping off the car was rude and dismissive. His attitude worsened when he discovered the we were there for service and The person we dealt with when dropping off the car was rude and dismissive. His attitude worsened when he discovered the we were there for service and had not pulled our car into the right area. He gruffly walk us over to the service area where we were told to sit and wait for a ride. The driver was very pleasant but after waiting 15 minutes for him to arrive we had to go with him from the ford dealership to another dealership to pick up someone who we then delivered to Menards. When we finally got home an hour or so later. In about 2 hours we received a call saying our car was ready and the driver would call us when he was five minutes away. About 20mins later he pulled into our driveway and honked his horn several times.....no phone call. The car was “clean” but not detailed as we were told would be done at each service. More
