Great service folks and great service I recently had to have a steering dampener replaced on a F250 that went bad after just 19,000 mikes. The folks in service including Greg were wonderful. They got the truck in when promised and it was done well before it was promised. The outside of the truck was well cared for and the inside was as well with floor mats and seat covers to protect it. I’m pleased to be a customer of Laird Noller. More

It's all about the money Even after making a reservation for a simple oil change it took so much longer than one would expect. Upon completion all that was done was a simple oil change but the price included things that they didn't do, i.e. tire rotation. The only thing they seemed interested in doing was selling us new tires even though less than 3000 ago we were assured that our current tires had over 20k remaining. So I guess my point is that it seems Laird Noller is no longer into customer service its number one goal is to get their customers to pay more money for things they don't really need. More
