Service Center Experience Dealing with the service center and more importantly with Michael at Laird Noller was nothing but positive. My Escape was in service for several days Dealing with the service center and more importantly with Michael at Laird Noller was nothing but positive. My Escape was in service for several days due to a noise that took awhile to find and fix. Michael was not going to release my vehicle until he located the noise and fixed the problem which turned out to be very important. He gave me a vehicle to use during this time so I would still have transportation. He was very professional and attentive but yet just a downright nice kind of a guy a person would want to know. This service happened last October so my apologies in submitting this survey late. More

Aaron is the best! I bought my 2017 F150 used from a dealer in ok. I took my truck to Laird Moller in Lawrence and Aaron told me that I had a small oil leak. I told him I bought my 2017 F150 used from a dealer in ok. I took my truck to Laird Moller in Lawrence and Aaron told me that I had a small oil leak. I told him I hadn’t seen any oil on the Floor. He explained that the cover under the engine was catching the oil. I brought the truck back as instructed a couple of months later when I needed another oil change. They found the leak in the oil pan seal and fixed it. In addition did a recall fix. If I had taken my truck to just an ordinary oil Chang place I never would have known about the leak. Aaron found the problems and fixed them all. This truck will never see any other service dealer than Aaron at Lsird Noller. More
