I also got a very nice loaner while mine was in service. I was told it might be ready but they took it for one last drive and Greg Dahlem noticed something else that needed to be fixed. Nuisance but fixed I called and requested service for my 17 Focus and to have the recall taken care of. OMG, I got like 7 calls 14 emails and was very frustrated. They had two different cars other than mine listed. Ugh, finally we got all straightened out and my service was taken care with many apologies. Communication is key, but that did not happen and I was bugged for a whole week. Hopefully this small building can get that fixed.
