Service department experience was awful. Very poor communication on the day of service. After arriving to pickup vehicle; waited for 30 minutes for ticket to be written up. Brought in a $100 off coupon (in the morning) but it was not applied to charges. Dealership passes on 3% credit card fee to consumer. Had I known, would have gladly paid with a check. Made appointment on Wednesday for Saturday @ 1015. Dealership asked if I would be dropping off or waiting, I wouldn't be a drop-off. Didn't move my truck out of parking lot till 1040. I asked why it was taking so long before there starting and I was told that they took walk-ins that wasn't finished yet. My question is , why am I waiting on walk ins when I make a appointment for a oil change days in advancement, so I can plan the rest of my tasks around my appointment, that's why you make a appointment, right?
