We went in for an air conditioning issue (less than 60,000 miles, 2019 Fiesta) and after over $450 it was fixed BUT when we picked it up there was a transmission issue! They said not their problem. One lady was off the rails rude, office manager was better but still didn’t solve the issue that wasn’t there when we dropped it off. OH! They also charge a 3% fee for using a credit card - like the $150 and hour mechanic charge and the $189 - $250 diagnostic charge isn’t enough. Find a better dealership because this one is not recommended - run away fast! More

The servise for us old people is terrible . Before we could drive through and talk to someone and never get out of the car. Now it sucks and I won’t use you again. It’s sure not user friendley. The staff is always very friendly and the facility is always clean but my service was a little slow. Seemed like 1 1/2 hours to wait for a “lube, oil and filter” appointment was excessive. I arrived at (or before) the designated time, 30 minutes elapsed before my car was even driven into a service bay filter” appointment was excessive. There was no air conditioning in the lobby, and the service tech was still a student. Maybe that explains the extended wait, idk. More
