Laird Noller Ford of Lawrence - Service Center

I’ve always had good service at Laird Noller thanks to Dan Schmidt. However this was my first trip to the new center across the street. It took them over an hour and a half to do an oil change and rotate Dan Schmidt. However this was my first trip to the new center across the street. It took them over an hour and a half to do an oil change and rotate my tires. That’s at least twice as long as normal. And it cost more. I know all prices have gone up. But I was disappointed. More

This dealership and the management team are beyond incompetent to sustain business. They sold me a car three years ago that is already teetering on the edge of qualifying for “Lemon Law”. Quite a bit of work was done on my 2006 Ford Fusion. No problems. My only complaint is that it took 2 weeks and my car was at the shop during that time so I had no transportation. No problems.
