Would not recommend. Sold me a used car and did not mention whatsoever that there is not a second key. Very slimy that they knew it didn’t have a second key and never mentioned it. 1 star. More

As a new customer, I was treated with some respect and dignity. Since the sale of their vehicle was completed and the dealership signed a contract to purchase my vehicle, I’ve been treated like I no long dignity. Since the sale of their vehicle was completed and the dealership signed a contract to purchase my vehicle, I’ve been treated like I no longer have value as a customer. I purchased my 2019 Lincoln from this dealership on July 26th and at that time they agreed in writing to purchase my current vehicle from me for $8,500 as a completion of the deal. I asked for $12,000 and we settled on $8,500. I reveived a signed letter acknowledging that deal for my vehicle that stated I would receive payment by the end of day Tuesday, July 29th. On Monday, July 28th I drove to Lawrence to have service look at my onboard computer as I was having issues with the display/navigation system. The vehicle’s system had to be rebooted and needed a software update. During my wait time I checked in with Mykala (?), and she referred me to Caden Fisher and said he would handling the transaction for them on. Caden told me he would let me know when to pick up the check for my vehicle. On the 31st I called him 4 times and when he finally called me back, he stated that the “bank” had mailed the check. Since Aug 4th I’ve tried to call Caden Fisher and Dylan Hunt a total of 14 times and to date not one return call nor have I received the check from the bank. This is total disrespect and disregard for me as a customer and person. I feel like they are trying to steal my vehicle by not paying what they promised. It’s sad to know this is how Laird Noller handles business and treats its customers! I would not recommend anyone do business with this establishment. Perhaps my next recourse will be contacting the BBB and an attorney! More
