The advisor was great upfront and inquired if I was interested in extra services ahead of time. In the past they would “slide” an extra upsell item into the final receipt. I was pleasantly surprise interested in extra services ahead of time. In the past they would “slide” an extra upsell item into the final receipt. I really like the lady who was the service writer for my visit. However, I went in for a recall and an oil change and the bill came over $500. I'm usually satisfied with the service department there, howeve visit. However, I went in for a recall and an oil change and the bill came over $500. I'm usually satisfied with the service department there, however I feel like they were trying to sell me more products and services that I needed. In order to get the recall done I had to buy a new battery which is almost $275. I also believe they were trying to sell me a set of tires because they said my tires were dry rotted. That may be true however I was leaving town so couldn't verify it. I'm not questioning your honesty but it always seems like the dealership always tries to upsell me on more products and services. Again, this is just a comment and I'm not 100% sure. I plan to still use your services More
