Laird Noller's service people are all excellent. I have rarely taken my 2014 F150 King Ranch to a dealer, but when I needed a new motor/engine, there was no better place to go. The new engine developed an issue and so they took it back, ordered another one and repaired the whole thing, keeping me in the loop all the time. I really needed a vehicle so they loaned me one for a couple weeks and I could not be more grateful or satisfied. I will DEFINATELY go there again. Katlyn is an excellent service agent and the service manager is extremely helpful and considerate. More

Had an appointment at 9. Was told that's not when the repairs start. And that it could take all day as it was Friday, mind you I setup the appointment 2 weeks beforehand. I took my car in because the check engine light was on. I was contacted the same day with the prognosis and told the parts would be ordered and in the next day. I had a rental which had to be returned by Wednesday at 2:30, I called the dealer and was told repairs had not been completed so they gave me a loaner. No one contacted me after that. I called Friday and Saturday and no one answered. I left messages but no one called back. I called Monday and was told they would call me back later that day. FINALLY, they were finished just needed to complete the paperwork. It took 8 days to get the repair work done and a severe lack of communication. If I need repair work in the future, after my extended warranty expires, I will not be returning to this company More
