While waiting for my vehicle to be finished, the staff not only kept me up to speed on everything, but was interacting with everyone in the office, creating a calm and fun space. The service department had overbooked the date for my first appointment and even though I had made the appointment several days in advance, I'd have to wait until late afternoon. Amber scheduled a new a first appointment and even though I had made the appointment several days in advance, I'd have to wait until late afternoon. Amber scheduled a new appointment for me on a different day. It seemed that the overbooking was due to the online appointment scheduling system where to people who answer the phone have no idea how many service appointments are made and for what kind of service on any given day. The word count and encouragement line "Nice work" are not necessary and annoying. More
