Dropped off vehicle for oil change, tire rotation and software update the night before the appointment. They said the vehicle would be done the next day for pickup and I would receive text updates. Never received a text notice, so I both text and called later that next day to confirm my vehicle was done before driving 20 miles to pick it up. I needed the vehicle to go out of town (which I had shared with them when I dropped off the vehicle). Got a call mid morning the day after the vehicle was to be finished. Had to find another vehicle to go out of town. To finish this nightmare, the software update to fix the issue with the electronic dash read out freezing - did not work. I now have another appointment a week out. More

Did not complete full synthetic oil service as requested. Used synthetic blend and then charged me $18 for an oil additive. This visit was much better than my last two. But quick lane was easier and quicker to deal with. This side is much busier, much harder to park and slower. Purchased a used car from you was told any minor issues would be addressed because I would not buy your ridiculously overpriced 6mo extended service agreement. Well my new used car came with a 4.5 year old would be addressed because I would not buy your ridiculously overpriced 6mo extended service agreement. Well my new used car came with a 4.5 year old battery which didn’t last a month. Then although it took a couple of weeks discovered the driver side door latch actuator was not working consistently. Apparently your sales department makes the call on fixing a problem that my car had when it was delivered. They basically told me to get lost. So before I even had the registration paperwork I had 2 problems neither fixed by your dealership. My next complaint will be to the BBB. More
