Amber did a great job of making sure all my concerns were on the ticket for the service tech, she even remembered me in general from former visits. She did a good job following up with me when she left for l on the ticket for the service tech, she even remembered me in general from former visits. Jayde took over when my vehicle was completed and made sure to go over everything and ensure that the part that is needing replacement was ordered, and that Amber would call me when the part arrives so we can schedule that repair. They called me to schedule a fix for a recall, and kept bothering me about getting it scheduled. When I got there, at the scheduled day and time, they didn't have the part to do the repair. So they said I bothering me about getting it scheduled. When I got there, at the scheduled day and time, they didn't have the part to do the repair. So they said I could wait for probably around 2 hours while they went to get the part, or I could schedule a new time to have it repaired. This was very frustrating because I asked to have this fixed when I bought the car, and the salesman didn't care at all about it, but then they call me 8 months later and insist that it get fixed as soon as possible, but then don't have the part to fix it at the scheduled appointment. I probably wouldn't take it back there again to get anything fixed. More
