We met Sean and from there on he asked questions about what we wanted and price range that we wanted to stay in. We test drove a couple and really liked the second one and then decided on that one as the car we would purchase. Arrived for my service appoint at 4:30pm, and was greeted by Jessica with a friendly smile. After mentioning the year and model of my Sonata, Jessica remembered details of our phone conversation and mentioned there were no recalls on my car, that hadn't already been completed. It was great to speak with a service rep who was willing to take the time to go over my extended warranty with me, and address the concerns I had with the company I purchased the warranty through. After a full vehicle inspection, oil/filter change and going over the inspection details with Jessica, I was out of service within the hour. Great experience! Keep up the good work folks! More

Brake pad replacement Tyler was very nice and you could tell that it mattered to him to be courteous and helpful. My only concern is how long it took, 2 hrs, even with an appointment and advanced notification that I would be having my brakes checked and replaced if needed. They did wash my car, which it needed, and that went a long way in cooling me off for the wait. Is 2 hours the normal wait these days for a front brake pad replacement? As far as how well the repair was done, I guess time will tell. More
