When I got to the dealership, Colton Wiley came out to greet me and had several cars ready for me to look at and test drive. They allowed me to take the one I was interested in home so I could see how it did on gravel roads. I told them approximately what I was willing to pay and once I set a definite price, they agreed. When I got there to do the paperwork they were ready for me and had the car ready. Colton even had them fix something I had noticed during the test drive. If everything else goes as smoothly as the original purchase I will be very pleased. I found Colton Wiley very easy to talk to and felt he was honest and upfront. More

No pressure, informative and easy to talk to. We also worked with several other Laird Noller staff through our purchase and have nothing but positive things to say about everyone we worked with. Since purchasing the vehicle Daniel has reached out to touch base to see how my family and the Santa Fe are doing, which really says a lot about Laird Noller’s customer service. There were plenty of dealerships to choose from, but because of our great experience at Laird Noller with Daniel as our salesperson, we will definitely be back and refer others to Laird Noller. More
