Generally very good, this time not so much I have been generally very happy with the service department here, quicklane, service bay, and body shop. I had made an appointment over a week in adv I have been generally very happy with the service department here, quicklane, service bay, and body shop. I had made an appointment over a week in advance for an oil change and tire rotate/balance/align. When I got there, they only had me down for an oil change and while they did the rotate/balance they said they were backed up on the alignments so I’d have to come back another day for that. Very disappointing/inconvenient to not get all the services I was expecting. i may go someplace else for alignment but I bought the tires there so rotations are free which is the only reason I switched to them for routine maintenance. Will be doing some math before it’s time for my next oil change, that’s for sure More

Finalizing sale. I felt disrespected by finance once we had signed intent to purchase.
