computer With no appt I dropped in on the service department to leave my new F-150 for the day so they could squeeze it in for reprogramming the computer to ac With no appt I dropped in on the service department to leave my new F-150 for the day so they could squeeze it in for reprogramming the computer to accept the cargo bay lights I had installed. Got a ride from the friendly courtesy van back home and before I new it the phone rang letting me know the truck was ready to be picked up. I don't know why modern vehicles need a program .to operate 12v lighting in the truck bed but experiencing the service departments friendly and accommodating personnel made it all worthwhile. Pleasant Service Visit Jerry Hall was so nice and helpful. I'm not sure who the young man who serviced my car was, but he did a great job.
