I felt duped. The price was higher than originally listed and they kept pushing a $2000 "benefits" package that say they just automatically include in their deals. I took my car in because the check engine light was on. I was contacted the same day with the prognosis and told the parts would be ordered and in the next day. I had a rental which had to be returned by Wednesday at 2:30, I called the dealer and was told repairs had not been completed so they gave me a loaner. No one contacted me after that. I called Friday and Saturday and no one answered. I left messages but no one called back. I called Monday and was told they would call me back later that day. FINALLY, they were finished just needed to complete the paperwork. It took 8 days to get the repair work done and a severe lack of communication. If I need repair work in the future, after my extended warranty expires, I will not be returning to this company More
