Our experience AT the dealership was wonderful. Jacob was excellent at answering our questions and helping us out. The problem is the finance department. It has been over a month and we still do not have clear information on when the LOAN is going to be serviced, which means we do not have the information to properly and legally title our vehicle. We have been texted reminders but no calls have been made to us when we have called and left voicemails. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. If you deal with the sales people you will be in luck as they are lovely. But I hope you headed my warning- do not finance through them. They will jerk you around for a month and you will still not be taken care off. More

This dealership sold me a bad car, a 2013 for 19,000 that they said “ only had 34,000 miles on it. Less than a month they increased the amount of the vehicle by 4,000 later, this started having major issues they said “ only had 34,000 miles on it. I looked in car fax and this car mileage had obviously been changed. They said they would put me in a different car because they sold me a Lemon “ well they acted like I spoke to no one about this and they did not know what was going on, which I spoke to 4 different people about this issue. They refused to hold up to there end of the deal, and put me in a different vehicle, as well as fixing this issue!!!! This dealer ship is a joke, and not looking out for your bed interest, they are out to make as much as a Profit “ as they can! More
