Made an appointment with Ford to test drive a used car. Unfortunately it wasn’t ready when we came in. David came out and met us, apologizing for the delay. I had told him we had appointment at another d Unfortunately it wasn’t ready when we came in. David came out and met us, apologizing for the delay. I had told him we had appointment at another dealership later that day. He said to see if the other dealership could get us in early as he wasn’t sure how long it would be before the car was available, and he didn’t want us sitting around just twiddling our thumbs. He said would text us when it was there. He texted us when the car was ready, and we took it for a test drive. After the drive, we noticed that the remote wasn’t working. We told him about it, and he tried replacing the battery. It didn’t work, and we discussed what they would do to fix it (possibly was the actuator) if we bought it. They gave us a quote, and it was more than we were willing to pay. We told them what we were willing to pay, and they agreed to the price. David said he would call us when he got a time to get the car in and fix the remote issue. He called me a couple of days later with a date, and said he would give us a loaner car. We brought the car in and they gave us a car. He said it could possibly be several days as they didn’t know what was wrong. I had to do some traveling that week and he said don’t worry about it, just drive it like it’s yours. The problem was just a bad remote, so it was fixed later that day. Came back and had two new remotes and our car back. Overall an easy and low pressure experience. Will definitely look to them with our next car buying experience. TLDR. They were very low pressure, and easy to work with. Would recommend them. More
