The quality of the work was great, but poor communication. My appointment was scheduled 3 weeks ago, set for 7am. But they didn’t get to my car that day and no one called me until I finally cal communication. My appointment was scheduled 3 weeks ago, set for 7am. But they didn’t get to my car that day and no one called me until I finally called at 3pm when I asked for my car to be ready. They told me they couldn’t get to it that day. I understand being short handed, but the lack of communication is disappointing. Just call and say you will need to reschedule before I was without a vehicle for 2 days. They did finish my car the following day by 4pm. More communication please! More

Your web site is misleading/confusing for Mazda owners, but it may not be an issue for me much longer. The fact that you are no longer a Mazda dealer and that the Model 6 is no longer made means that I wi but it may not be an issue for me much longer.
