We purchased a used vehicle by paying cash (check). On the day of signing contract, we were told the dealer was waiting for a parts for repair and finishing the detailing. Five days later, the check wa On the day of signing contract, we were told the dealer was waiting for a parts for repair and finishing the detailing. Five days later, the check was cashed. But the dealer reported having a wrong parts, had to reorder the parts. After waiting for another week, the vehicle was delivered to our house. A quick inspection revealed that the power back door was not functioning, one of the front light was not working, the repair was not done properly, one accessory listed in the vehicle description is missing. None of these issues were disclosed in the vehicle description. The car was rejected by us. The dealer told us they would address all the issues. Another week passed by. We still don’t have the car. It has been three weeks since the sales contract was signed and two weeks since the check was cashed. We are still waiting for the vehicle. Although the salesperson kept texting us the progress, the waiting and not delivering the vehicle as promised was frustrating. More
