This visit was much better than my last two. But quick lane was easier and quicker to deal with. This side is much busier, much harder to park and slower. Purchased a used car from you was told any minor issues would be addressed because I would not buy your ridiculously overpriced 6mo extended service agreement. Well my new used car came with a 4.5 year old would be addressed because I would not buy your ridiculously overpriced 6mo extended service agreement. Well my new used car came with a 4.5 year old battery which didn’t last a month. Then although it took a couple of weeks discovered the driver side door latch actuator was not working consistently. Apparently your sales department makes the call on fixing a problem that my car had when it was delivered. They basically told me to get lost. So before I even had the registration paperwork I had 2 problems neither fixed by your dealership. My next complaint will be to the BBB. More
