This dealership sold me a bad car, a 2013 for 19,000 that they said “ only had 34,000 miles on it. Less than a month they increased the amount of the vehicle by 4,000 later, this started having major issues they said “ only had 34,000 miles on it. I looked in car fax and this car mileage had obviously been changed. They said they would put me in a different car because they sold me a Lemon “ well they acted like I spoke to no one about this and they did not know what was going on, which I spoke to 4 different people about this issue. They refused to hold up to there end of the deal, and put me in a different vehicle, as well as fixing this issue!!!! This dealer ship is a joke, and not looking out for your bed interest, they are out to make as much as a Profit “ as they can! More
Biggest scam this is the olny place that has every charged me for a problem that has a recall on it. plus keep trying to sell other stuff had to change my air filter so they could do a proper test. The sales process was a good one. It was the process after the sale that left me with a bad taste for this dealership. When my car was delivered I was given a report of the work that was completed before being given to me. Two items that were listed as having been completed in fact were not. I took the car back to the service department and told them what needed to be done. Waited four days when I was told I should only have to wait two days. When I went to pick up the car the two things that were originally stated to be done that were not, were AGAIN not done. Had to miss extra work for them to finish what they should’ve have already done. Fast forward three days later and find out that they never replaced the fob battery (something I was told TWICE had been completed) I sent my husband to get it done and he overheard a service worker stating that “they’re only $12”. It doesn’t matter if they only cost $2! I was told twice that the battery had been replaced and had been lied to both times! The sales team is fine but don’t take your car here for service work. More
Dropped off vehicle for oil change, tire rotation and software update the night before the appointment. They said the vehicle would be done the next day for pickup and I would receive text updates. Never received a text notice, so I both text and called later that next day to confirm my vehicle was done before driving 20 miles to pick it up. I needed the vehicle to go out of town (which I had shared with them when I dropped off the vehicle). Got a call mid morning the day after the vehicle was to be finished. Had to find another vehicle to go out of town. To finish this nightmare, the software update to fix the issue with the electronic dash read out freezing - did not work. I now have another appointment a week out. More
