The workers were extremely helpful and worked well with my warranty from another dealership. They took us back and showed us what was wrong along with explaining what was wrong. Stay away from this dealer. The manager is very hostile and does not respect the customer. Huge mark up on the cars and they will give a song and dance to try and get you to accept $2,000 less then it's KB and does not respect the customer. After dealing with this group I would not even tell my worst enemy to buy from here. If I could give them 0 stars for customer service I would. I would give customer loyalty a negative -5 Try going to McCarthy Hyundai. They were much nicer.....it is a little bit of a drive from Lawrence but you will save lots of $$$$$$. More
