Upon con After months of looking and hitting dead ends my wife and I decided to contact Laird Noller regarding their new Mitsubishi Outlander Sports. Upon contacting the dealership we started dealing with Josh, who was a breath of fresh air!!!! Living in Topeka and having a teething infant made it hard for us to go to the dealership and Josh was able to do most of our transaction over the phone (which is the exact opposite of what every other dealership was willing to do, they seem to always try to get you to come in person to discuss anything). Josh was GREAT to work with, he answered all our questions honestly, and at no point did I ever feel uncomfortable in the process. During our car search we found SEVERAL cars that we were ready to purchase, but when it came down to it we were not comfortable with the dealership, or the salesperson we worked with. Josh made our experience so effortless, and went the extra mile not only to earn our business, but also to secure us the best loan APR as possible and give us the most he could for our trade. After dealing with Josh in sales he passed us off to Alex in order to complete the transaction. Alex was VERY knowledgeable about everything from the finance aspect, and in the end we walked away with our brand new car feeling not only comfortable, but excited we were able to give people like Josh and Alex our business. I had been to McCarthy in Olathe, drove up to Northtown Hyundai, and talked to Bob Sight and McCarthy in Blue Springs. I was worn out. I thought that I would try one more dealer and that it should be in a small town. I talked to Anthony and told him the best price that I had gotten on a car. I also told him that I had a great car to trade-in and what I wanted for it. I said that I am not coming over there unless you can match my trade-in price and beat the new car price. He told me that he would talk to his manager and call me back in a few minutes. He called back and told me what the new car price was and that if my trade was as nice as I said it was, we could work out a deal. Pretty darn simple, easy, and quick. Don't pass this man and dealership up. More

Hopefull I had dropped a key into the console near the emergency brake. I pulled in to ask to borrow a tool so I could take the panel off. Steve insisted his tech could get it for me and they did. No charge which is completely unheard of today. They were very friendly and polite. I will drive out of my way to have them work on my car for any future repair needs. This facility and staff is great!!!! More
