Successful car search We have purchased a Mazda3 i Touring sedan after lengthy consideration of several models, leading to a choice among the Masda3, the Honda Civic, and K We have purchased a Mazda3 i Touring sedan after lengthy consideration of several models, leading to a choice among the Masda3, the Honda Civic, and Kia Rio and Forte, I probably would not even have considered visiting Laird Noller Automotive to look at Fords or Mazdas except that I had a previous excellent experience there when shopping for the last car we purchased (which ended up being a Honda Accord from another dealer). It was during that prior car search that I met Matt Bigelow, who did an excellent job promoting Ford products--particularly the Ford Fusion. Despite losing that sale, Matt greeted us with enthusiasm when we came back looking for a second car. Matt is a courteous and knowledgeable car salesman with enduring patience, as it was many weeks of frequent contacts between initial contact and final decision on the Mazda3. During that process we also had excellent experiences with all the members of the Laird Noller sales team with special kudos to Cody Reich and Jon Riedel. Cody made every effort to ensure that we ended up with the right deal on the car and Jon was well organized in the process of going through all the paperwork related to the purchase, giving plenty of time for us to ask questions, read over the documents and understand what we were signing.
