Sean was very kind and helpful and had a great sense of humor. The vehicle needed a few repairs, but I fixed it on my own because service department took too long(I have a toddler and waited almost three h humor. After a horrible experience with Briggs that left me fuming, we stopped by Laird Noller and spoke with Sean.
