Probably the best customer service I've experienced in the Kansas area while purchasing a car. They went above and beyond to find a great deal for me and my family. I would suggest them to anyone. I was near the end of the lease on my 2011 Hyundai Sonata LTD, and had been so thoroughly satisfied with the car, and Laird Noller Automotive, that I was determined to lease another Hyundai Sonata. Joe Kelly LTD, and had been so thoroughly satisfied with the car, and Laird Noller Automotive, that I was determined to lease another Hyundai Sonata. Joe Kelly contacted me, and asked what I wanted to do about the end of my lease. I told Joe that I wanted to acquire another car (2014 Sonata) similar to what I was drivling. Joe suggested that I terminate the current lease early and use the equity in my car against a new car. From first phone call, to driving away with my new car was a matter of less than 48 hours. Joe was very efficient and professional in moving me into my new car. Alex Marfise, the leasing agent, moved me thru the new lease in record time and we were ready to take possession of the new car quickly. Marc Hauser, General Sales Manager, visited with me regarding the entire process, to be certain I was satisfied. From start to finish, I couldn't be more impressed with the entire Laird Noller team. My son and I went in to purchase his first "new" car (a 2011 Ford Mustang). Despite his relatively young age (he's still in college), he was treated with respect. I went to the Dealership due to a reference from my daughter, as Chris Maynard is a personal friend. I wanted to trade my car for a new or used model. When I first went in I looked at two cars, one of which I ended up buying. Chris was going to e-mail me copies of the estimates and did not do so. I am not sure if he did not have correct e-mail or not. He referred me over to Anthony to work with me in selecting a car. Anthony called me the next day to set up another appointment to look at a Mazda, as Chris had suggested I do so and so did my brother. There was only one Mazda that was a used one and we did not go look at new ones as I kept going back to the first Hyundai I saw due to the warranty that Hyundai has and not Mazda. I went in and we worked on getting the price negotiated. As a woman, I sometimes feel that I am not being given the best deal and I had no one to check with during my visit. I know I could have waited but Chris suggested that the same rebates might not be available come Monday. I spent about two hours at the dealership. Once we agreed on a car, I took my old car and ran errands. When I came back approximately two hours later, my car was still not ready. I waited about another thirty minutes. When I got ready to leave, Anthony had forgotten to put my license plate on my new car. Overall they were all very friendly and so far I love my new car.......due to weather conditions, I have not had it out of garage. More
I just wanted to say that Josh in sales and Alex in finance were great to do business with. I had totaled a car in a terrible auto accident and had a blance left after insurance so I was in a bind. I went through the truecar.com website and they are the only dealer in the kc metro area that was participating so I figured why not give it a try. Josh asked me what model, colors and options i was looking for and found the car i wanted within a day. The truecar price was already a great deal almost $2,000 off MSRP. Then come to find out I got rebates on top of that which lowered the price even more which made it good for rolling my negative equity from my old car into the price of the new car. I had just got done being in bankruptcy for years and in October of '13 it came off my credit report and I was thinking surely I won't be able to get a good APR on a brand new car with neg equity rolled in. Boy was I surprised when Alex came back with a % rate that was a lot lower than I expected and I also got an extended warranty also for a good monthly payment that I was pleased with. I was expecting to pay ALOT more than I did. The delivery process was a breeze as well. It was delivered to me in excellent condition and Alex made signing the paperwork simple and also told me if I had any questions before I signed to give him a call. I didn't as we discussed everything prior to the delivery. I'm very pleased with this dealership and the level of service I have received. I will be recommending them to anyone who is in the market for and automobile. More
