The service department had overbooked the date for my first appointment and even though I had made the appointment several days in advance, I'd have to wait until late afternoon. For my 100,000 mile oil change and service I called the Quick Lane to set up an appointment. I was directed to voicemail where I left a message asking to schedule that service. For my 105,000 oil change and service I again called the Quick Lane and again was directed to voicemail Where I left a message to schedule that service work. Never got a call back. I in turn went to Valvoline Instant Oil Change where I had the same multi point service work and tire rotation done which was completed in about 45 minutes, without an appointment. Horrible service. I started having problems with my vehicle from day one. Took over a month to get a part in for a common model car. In the meantime my vehicle brok I started having problems with my vehicle from day one. Took over a month to get a part in for a common model car. In the meantime my vehicle broke down for another reason, which lead to a extremely high tow bill and me being without the vehicle for another couple of weeks while I had to wait for the needed parts for that issue. This all after an extended service wait time before I could initially take the car home. So, my guess is the dealer knew they had a lemon and were hoping some sucker would buy it.
