Experience post sale is awful. The finance person sold a package in addition to the truck purchase that we didn't want, causing the end price to be way over our budget. Been trying to get it off of the loan and I've been getting the run around. First they said I had to wait 30 days before they could get the credit paperwork started. Then they said I had to sign off on things, yet when I asked about the paperwork, it's been "submitted" but haven't seen any anything. They don't respond to emails in a timely manner, almost acting like I am bothering them. If I don't hear from them within the next 2 weeks I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB. Don't work with Laird Noller of Lawrence if you don't have to. More

Amber did a great job of making sure all my concerns were on the ticket for the service tech, she even remembered me in general from former visits. She did a good job following up with me when she left for l on the ticket for the service tech, she even remembered me in general from former visits. She did a good job following up with me when she left for lunch and letting me know the status of my vehicle and who would take over if anything changed while she was out. Jayde took over when my vehicle was completed and made sure to go over everything and ensure that the part that is needing replacement was ordered, and that Amber would call me when the part arrives so we can schedule that repair. More
