Recall I believe they did their job. My car was on recall, and I took it in to be checked. Unfortunately, wasn't able to work on it, so I had someone else I' I believe they did their job. Too focused on selling new tires I scheduled my appointment easily online for an oil change. After I dropped the car off I got a call that all four tires needed to be replaced and was I scheduled my appointment easily online for an oil change. After I dropped the car off I got a call that all four tires needed to be replaced and was quoted a price. He stated that all four tires were bad; I just had a new tire placed on the rear so I questioned him about all the tires being bad. He then went on to say that he only inspected the front two tires and condemned all of them based on the front two; very frustrating to not have all tires inspected before being called. I agreed to have three tires replaced. Later that day I got a call that my car would be ready to be picked up at a certain time; I showed up and was told I needed to wait an additional 15 to 20 minutes because they forgot to change my oil, the reason I was there in the first place. I felt he was completely focused on selling me four new tires, that I didn't need, than to actually provide a good service. More

Excellent Had my 2001 7.3 diesel in for repairs prior to Easter, got it back after several days delay due to the wrong part coming in. Got it back and within a few days it was having the same symptoms. We had replaced one of the injector wiring harnesses, and then the other side wiring harness went bad. ALWAYS REPLACE PARTS IN PAIRS, etc., if they are all the same age!!!! I usually do that, but for some reason we didn't do it this time. Due to the circumstances, the dealership went overboard to treat me extra well on the cost. Very happy, truck runs fine, and this is why I have been taking my trucks there since 20003 when I bought my 1st one. More

3 trips and 3 ok experiences They do a good job of keeping you informed through texts or phone calls. The problems I've had are them not liking it when you ask questions and the suggested repairs (diagnosis) changed once they realized the vehicle was under a Ford extended warranty... I understand they probably deal with folks that rudely try to tell them how to do their job, but that doesn't excuse intolerance to discussing possible fixes with a customer. Based on my experience I'll be finding another dealer to work while under warranty. More
