Laird Noller Ford Topeka - Service Center

Buying a car that should have been fixed before they sold it I had purchased a car 2009 Ford Focus from their lot. I had purchased a a brand new 2015 Ford Escape and a couple other vehicles on the same day. Th I had purchased a car 2009 Ford Focus from their lot. I had purchased a a brand new 2015 Ford Escape and a couple other vehicles on the same day. Then the Focus began making noise in the brakes. I took it over to the Mercury lot were my salesman worked. They supposedly did the repairs to the car. Two weeks later and the noise is back and is worse then ever. I then took the car to the 21st Street lot since the other lot said I had to take it were I bought it. They are saying it will cost me for the repairs and that I shouldn't have brought it to them. This is bull, I shouldn't have to run around and try and get a car fixed that should have had everything looked at when I purchased the car. I was told by the salesman that it was just a small noise and will disappear in a day or so if not bring it back. I did just that and now feel they want me to pay for the repairs. I spent 70,000 dollars in two days with this lot. I went back to Ford after being with Toyota for 15 years. Guess that is a big mistake because they never had an issue of making thing correct or backing up the work that they do. More

I first of all want to Thank Jordan for taking the time to answer all questions and diligently arrange for my vehicle to be back to Showroom quality by my B-day on 2/3!!! I had my vehicle towed there on 1-14 and Tucker greeted me and assured me that all will be well he walked me through the process. I am very impressed with the care that is provided to both the customer & the car, and oh yeah, my vehicle was clean and it had that "new car" smell!!! What great service!!!!I don't know the names of the people who did the paint job and body repair, but I also want to say Job Well Done!!!!!!! This body repair group is exceptional. I was on a short timeline and had high expectations prior to bringing the car in. I used the Ford body shop because of my satisfaction with the service department, a timeline and had high expectations prior to bringing the car in. I used the Ford body shop because of my satisfaction with the service department, and I felt that with the tuxedo black unique color they would be the best group to do the repair well. I was not disappointed. I know auto body work is an activity that can be full of unknowns that can wreak havoc with a schedule and/or costs as the disclaimer on the estimate indicates. Jordan was able to meet my schedule and bring the job in on estimated cost . They went the extra mile making sure that I was satisfied. Laird Noller body shop and its personnel continue with the professionalism that I have come to expect and rely on from the service group. I told some of my friends the story of my loosing an argument with the garage door that scarred the back of my new Fusion. As men will do, several showed up to take a critical look when I drove it in after the repair. Those who looked were impressed by the work. My thanks to Jordan for managing the technical issues and my requests and meeting them all. He is an great manage. On the lighter side, during my first pre-visit call, Jordan told me on the phone that he had never met anyone who had won the garage door argument. This established a good relationship, relaxed me and made my first visit unstressed and productive. I only own Ford vehicles, and, although I live in Colorado I work in KS, and because of my Laird Noller experiences I have moved all my service and purchase business to them. More
