Very Good! I had a scheduled oil change (The Works) but they also checked my car out & found 2 problems I was unaware of-failing lug nuts & a nail in one tire. I authorized them to fix both problems, but I am curious-is this a problem for the Focus brand? I only have 49,000 miles+ on the car & my lug nuts are wearing out? So my earned "free" oil change cost me &165.84, but I shouldn't have to worry about a wheel coming off. More

When I returned to pick up my vehicle it seemed like forever for them to bring up my vehicle. The service tech could not find my vehicle; after some time another tech tried helping...they found my vehicle still in the service bay!! I suppose it could happen to anyone. More
