Tire check I requested the works which included a tire check and rotation. Two days later my low tire pressure light came on. I check my tires and two had only I requested the works which included a tire check and rotation. Two days later my low tire pressure light came on. I check my tires and two had only 25 psi and two had 30 psi. The recommended psi is 34. It is obvious the tire psi was not checked by the person who performed my work. My wife and I are leaving for a road trip and I am disappointed in the work. I have my vechicles services regularly at your dealership so I don’t have to worry about trouble on the road I would expect your vehicle inspection to be accurate and complete. Fantastic response time and excellent help I called at approximately 8:20 with my car issue. The tester at home was showing I needed a new alternator. I received caring, supportive assistance I called at approximately 8:20 with my car issue. The tester at home was showing I needed a new alternator. I received caring, supportive assistance on the phone. I was set up for a 9:45 appointment so I could head directly to the dealership (we live out of town). But, I was also transferred to another person that made sure the part was in stock and on the shelf. After arriving I was treated well and provided an excellent place to work on my computer so I was able to get some of my work accomplished away from the office. Then, when it ended up not being the alternator, they provided me with the result of the diagnostic review and allowed me to determine if I wanted to move forward with a new battery. I was so very thankful for the team at Ford and the quick response in getting me back on the road. More
