Quick but sloppy So far each time I have had my wife’s car serviced they have gotten it done quickly. However, they do not pay attention to detail, and a a bit sloppy. Last time there was grease all over steering wheel which ruined a pair of my wife’s pants. Had the seats been tan, rather than black, they probably would have been ruined too. They also always move her seat wherever they please, messing up her settings, which drives her nuts. Maybe not important to all, but our last ride was a GMC, and when they serviced our car it always came back freshly washed and vacuumed. We probably got spoiled, but do not expect that here. They don’t offer it. More

AWFUL I came to Ford hoping you guys would be able to fix the issues I was having with my FORD car but instead I got charged quite a bit just to have nothin I came to Ford hoping you guys would be able to fix the issues I was having with my FORD car but instead I got charged quite a bit just to have nothing fixed or even sourced because it was all "aftermarket", how nice that you could tell me exactly what was wrong but couldn't fix it even though its a FORD vehichle. Also one of the things that you guys couldn't "recreate" I had happen to me when I went to pick up that night. Thanks for the effort... NOT! You can bet that I don't plan on coming back anytime soon. Tire check I requested the works which included a tire check and rotation. Two days later my low tire pressure light came on. I check my tires and two had only I requested the works which included a tire check and rotation. Two days later my low tire pressure light came on. I check my tires and two had only 25 psi and two had 30 psi. The recommended psi is 34. It is obvious the tire psi was not checked by the person who performed my work. My wife and I are leaving for a road trip and I am disappointed in the work. I have my vechicles services regularly at your dealership so I don’t have to worry about trouble on the road I would expect your vehicle inspection to be accurate and complete.
