Routine The Works (oil change and more) I dropped off my car for her routine oil change . They had my car for four hours plenty if time for a thorough job. A couple if days after the oil ch I dropped off my car for her routine oil change . They had my car for four hours plenty if time for a thorough job. A couple if days after the oil change I went to use my wipers to clean my windshield, and both the front and back wipers fluid was it. They were never filled (I had not refilled when empty due to my upcoming service), which was supposed to be included with my service. I contact Laird Noller Ford questioning the service, as the receipt reflected the fluids were all filled. I'm cautious , wondering if the rest if the boxes were just checked and if all included service was actually done. I have bought and serviced all my vehicles with Laird Noller and paid 54.00 for my service. More

Windshield replacement I had called to get a quote on windshield replacement for my car. Was told $490 plus tax if the black sides needed replaced. I then called two other c I had called to get a quote on windshield replacement for my car. Was told $490 plus tax if the black sides needed replaced. I then called two other companies to get quotes. All were under $500. Decided to go with dealer to maintain service records. Wife took our vehicle in for the windshield replacement and when she picked up it was $567 plus tax so was $611 total. Got ripped off by you guys and don’t appreciate it and would not recommend. More
Service Department Steve May and Wayne Stallbaumer make you feel like your problem is the only think they have to work on that day. I had my truck in for a check up, the Steve May and Wayne Stallbaumer make you feel like your problem is the only think they have to work on that day. I had my truck in for a check up, they got it in and did a great job with it. The truck was returned clean and ready to go. Steve found info on my truck for me and also found a factory recall that had not been done. Your service department is very good and work with you to get it in and out. Thank you More
Broken down near Tooeka. My truck died just east of Topeka and the tkw truck took us to LN Ford. Kt was after hours, so it didn't get looked at until the next AM but was dia My truck died just east of Topeka and the tkw truck took us to LN Ford. Kt was after hours, so it didn't get looked at until the next AM but was diagnosed (alternator) and repaired within two hours. They even came and picked us up at our hotel when it was finished. Great service. More
