Quick, thorough & professional service My wife's 2013 C-MAX's 12 volt battery died (in our garage, thank GOD). AAA jump-started it & I called NOLLER"S for an appointment. Great experience. From the moment I walked into the service department I was taken care of. I was told how long it would take and was escorted to the waiting room. After the correct time passed i was escorted to the service area, he explained what was done, answered questions and took me to the cashier. My car was brought out and I proceed out of the shop. More
No stress professional service I had an early morning drop off for an air bag recall. Within 10 minutes I was being transported to work. Requested a 5:15 pm pickup. Not sure what to think about this service center pretty sure the service guy called me a xxxxxxx. Not real happy about that he was upset because he screwed up our warranty claim.
