Lack of communication The staff is generally nice but they offer very little information at time of service. I always schedule my appointments yet I always have to remind t The staff is generally nice but they offer very little information at time of service. I always schedule my appointments yet I always have to remind them what I am there for. As soon as I tell them my name they should know exactly what they are doing for me that day. Then when I pick up my vehicle I’m basically directed to a cashier to pay but that’s it. No one goes over the paperwork, recommendations for future appointments, etc. Also, i knew there was a recall on my vehicle from a factory mailing but never once on two previous appointments had anyone mentioned the recall to me or reminded me to schedule to have it fixed. There is just a real lack of communication from the service staff. More

Was scheduled for recall work at 1:00pm was out at 2:00pm. They were able to get me in and out quickly even though they were very busy.They were aware that I was from out of town and had my recalled airbag rep They were able to get me in and out quickly even though they were very busy.They were aware that I was from out of town and had my recalled airbag replaced and I was out in less than an hour,thanks to all for the quick service. Slow, incomplete and open ended. I arrived, addressed my concerns and questions. Parts department didn’t have definitive answers for me. I was told “we’ll get it taken care of real qu I arrived, addressed my concerns and questions. Parts department didn’t have definitive answers for me. I was told “we’ll get it taken care of real quick.” 1-1/2 hours later I was told my vehicle was ready. Upon retrieval of my vehicle, my tuner was left unplugged, my keypad code wasn’t presented to me and my seat was dirty. It was an overall bad experience. I suppose I’ll search for another Ford dealership within 100 miles even, that will and can provide better service than Laird Noller Ford of Topeka. Service staff was short and rude, parts department seemed uneducated and uninterested. All in all, terrible service. More

2019 part They got the part and got me in within 3 days. Amazing!! I was In Topeka for training and had auto problems. The service department got it fixed the same day even with being short staffed.
