I am trying to write this though being frustrated. I went in to have a recall checked/fixed and to receive a free oil change (first one is on them). I was informed that I would have to wait to get my locks fixed. Ok, I understand. They gave me my free oil change. Thank you. Where I have caution is the fact that I was at 19,000 miles on a diesel truck. I needed to change my fuel filters and change my air filter. Nothing was discussed with me. There was no “hey, in 1000 miles you need this....”. Nothing. This is preventative maintence. This is coming from the same dealer that told me “this is your first diesel truck, you need to keep up with the extra cost and maintence”. I just felt like I was a number and there was no individual atentcion to my vehicle. The people are very nice. Everybody smiled and seem to enjoy their jobs. Just very busy. Side note: I own a Buick also. Every time I went in for service they detailed my SUV. You will not get that here. More

Good service and a long wait I just had the oil changed and fluids topped off and it took 2 hours and 20 minutes with an appointment.
