I took my car in for its first oil change and it was FREE, plus they put in place a plastic underbody piece that fell down from underneath my 2013 For I took my car in for its first oil change and it was FREE, plus they put in place a plastic underbody piece that fell down from underneath my 2013 Ford Fusion SE that I bought there. It was dragging because a few screws came off somehow. Now it’s fixed! I brought the car in over my lunch break for its appointment, they dropped me off at work in their courtesy vehicle, then picked me up after work so I could get my vehicle, all for free. Made my day. He also took the initiative to order the recall part that I had totally forgotten about. Warranty work on CPU Laird Noller took care of the problem with the CPU and offered me a loaner vehicle while the car was in the shop.
