Not pleased with changes especially in the service department staff changes or with incorrect estimate that was texted to me and the service writer didnt realize it. . Ask why the text instead of cal department staff changes or with incorrect estimate that was texted to me and the service writer didnt realize it. . Ask why the text instead of calling?. He said they are to busy to call now so they text now. Service writer did not know the estimate was incorrect until I told him on the phone. Also had a engine diagnostic check on the estimate. It was corrected but this new staff is not paying attention to detail. The personal service that the service department had is now gone. Also trying to up sell warranties to customers as they bring their vehicle to be serviced. The cost for the "The Works" is ridiculous now at least for my F150. In November it was $61. Today was $110 plus they are adding a shop supplies fee to every invoice of $28!! What shop supplies we are paying for? I am glad my extended warranty took care of it oil change and rotating tores. I have bern doing business with Laird Noller Ford Topeka for 40 years. The personal care and touch the Topeka Ave shop used to have is now gone. You can plainly see it's all dollar signs now. To me, the way the new service mtires. responds and talked to me is very condescending. Not true meaning it what he was saying. Sounded like a scripted fake comments. He is no Steve. As for my service writer, mo comment. If this is the new business model for Laird Noller Ford, I am done and no longer do business with them xxxx looking ahead at this survey, you do not even have the correct staff listed for the service staff!!!!! Then I arrived a half an hour early and was told that it would be an hour and a half. Two hours later I got my truck back. Oil on the door and on my console, cleaned it off myself. Next oil change I will drive an hour to Emporia and talk to the Dealership and get in and out in an hour or less. More

I was not as pleased with the sales agent who replied to my inquiry about what the dealership would give me for the truck as is. The answer was they would not buy it unless I traded it in for another vehicle in which case they would give me only $2,000. I felt disrespected when I said my top dollar for a new to me used was $20K and the agent pushed several vehicles above $20,000. Five out of my last six vehicles were all Fords purchased through your dealership. However, now I need an SUV and Ford SUV’s do not do well in Consumer Reports on either safety records or reliability which are my two biggest considerations. I am getting a rebuilt transmission for less than $3,000 which will enable me to drive my F150 until I locate the right used SUV for me and then sell the F150 for a fair price. More
Fast and friendly service. Price increases for oil change were significant. $105 oil change may out way good service value. Price increases for oil change were significant. $105 oil change may out way good service value. More
