Kinda sucky. Was quoted $300 from my dealer when I bought the car for auto start. Got charged $750. When I found out it was going to take longer than expected I needed a loaner vehicle. Was told by my service rep they didn’t have any. called back for the service manager was able to get one. Asked the loaner representative how many they had. They had three at the time. While in the loaner vehicle my service rep called back and said they still didn’t have any. not really sure what was going on but it was a huge head ache. Would have definitely gone somewhere else if I could do it over again.... More
Transmission Trouble in Topeka Our university tennis team was traveling to Topeka to play Washburn University. On the way we started having transmission issues but the van was stil Our university tennis team was traveling to Topeka to play Washburn University. On the way we started having transmission issues but the van was still drivable. On the way, we contacted Laird service department and they were able to work us into their schedule while our team played. They were able to diagnose the issue, contact the University to confirm what needed to be done and had the van ready by the time we needed to get back on the road. They even sent their courtesy van to pick me up when the van was ready. They service was the best and I would highly recommend them to other Ford owners! More
