Factory recall I had to take it in for a factory recall. Took almost a month for them to get the parts and get me scheduled. However, once I was called in they did I had to take it in for a factory recall. Took almost a month for them to get the parts and get me scheduled. New wiper with streaks and inside hood denting Made appointment for an oil change and to get all new wiper blades. I typically don’t have a bad experience here. I got in my vehicle when it was finished and noticed my hood was open. I pulled back into the service area into the opposite end and a guy came out and I said my hood needs shut. He tried to force it shut about 10 times and then realized a tool had been left under my hood. He removed it and tossed it to someone else working there who was laughing. I didn’t really find it funny since the inside of my hood is now dented from him trying to force it shut so many times. The front wiper blades work great but the back one has a problem and leaves a wide streak in the middle. I ran my fingers under the rubber and it has a problem in the rubber blade causing this. Not super thrilled about the experience. More
