2009 Mercury Mariner A couple of years ago, I had an estimate for to have a part of my brake system replaced. Goodyear quoted me around $2600. I then called Laird Noller A couple of years ago, I had an estimate for to have a part of my brake system replaced. Goodyear quoted me around $2600. I then called Laird Noller and found that by taking it to them I would save around $500. I have the oil changes done at Jiffy Lube but I have all my other work done at Laird Noller. They won my trust. Rick very nice, very helpful. Made me feel important. More

Not the visit I hoped for Our experience is longer than you want to read. To sum it up we experienced a complete lack of respect for the customer, false promises and a person w Our experience is longer than you want to read. To sum it up we experienced a complete lack of respect for the customer, false promises and a person who lied to the customer. When I asked to talk to the manager “sorry he won’t take the call” was told stratify out we didn’t make enough money on the repair through the insurance company so I can’t do what I said I would do ??? What a joke so your more worried about what you made rather than taking car of a customer that you made promise to and never committed to one of them. Beware if you choose to do business here. More

We've taken the car in o I gave Laird Noller 4 stars instead of 5 solely based on the amount of times we've had to take our car in for the same issue. We've taken the car in on 6 separate occasions since February for the same issue. That's been frustrating - however, Steve May and Wayne Stallbaumer have been wonderful to work with. They've been nothing but kind and professional in dealing with this issue and they've done everything in their power to make it right. More
