Too focused on selling new tires I scheduled my appointment easily online for an oil change. After I dropped the car off I got a call that all four tires needed to be replaced and was I scheduled my appointment easily online for an oil change. After I dropped the car off I got a call that all four tires needed to be replaced and was quoted a price. He stated that all four tires were bad; I just had a new tire placed on the rear so I questioned him about all the tires being bad. He then went on to say that he only inspected the front two tires and condemned all of them based on the front two; very frustrating to not have all tires inspected before being called. I agreed to have three tires replaced. Later that day I got a call that my car would be ready to be picked up at a certain time; I showed up and was told I needed to wait an additional 15 to 20 minutes because they forgot to change my oil, the reason I was there in the first place. I felt he was completely focused on selling me four new tires, that I didn't need, than to actually provide a good service. More

The problems I've had are them not liking it when you ask questions and the suggested repairs (diagnosis) changed once they realized the vehicle was under a Ford extended warranty... I understand they probably deal with folks that rudely try to tell them how to do their job, but that doesn't excuse intolerance to discussing possible fixes with a customer. Based on my experience I'll be finding another dealer to work while under warranty. More
