Nathan was the service attendant and was unpleasant almost from hello. Usually takes hour to hour and 15 minutes to do the service on my vehicle. I arrived at 9:30 and at 11:20 I went to check on it and didn’t see it in the garage, Nathan had gone to lunch so someone else looked into it for me. When they brought the car up the paper showed that the cabin filter was at critical of needing replaced. I ask if it had and they said they would have hand to ask me for authorization. I ask why no one asked because I would have had it done to save another trip into the shop. The guys that helped find my vehicle and visit with me were pleasant and professional. I have made a note to be sure to not have Nathan assigned to me in the future. This was my 3rd new Edge I purchased from you and never had any issues in the past. More

I needed a driver side seat motor replaced. I told them exactly what was wrong and I just needed the part ordered and installed. They said they needed to charge me $170 diagnostic fee before te I told them exactly what was wrong and I just needed the part ordered and installed.
