I went in with my son while he was looking for a truck and the car salesman, Shawn Kloepper, was the gentleman that ended up helping us... I was so impressed with Shawns customer service skills and sale and the car salesman, Shawn Kloepper, was the gentleman that ended up helping us... I was so impressed with Shawns customer service skills and sales approach to my sons needs that It made me look around to see if I might want something else... Shawn went beyond the call of duty to help us in every way. He introduced us to Glendon Willhelm, very nice and personable and said if we needed anything and Shawn wasnt available to just give him a call and he'd take care of us. That particular day we didnt get anything. HOWEVER, I was so impressed with these two gentleman I went back about a month later. I went in just to look and see what they had ( I had mentioned that I would like to have a SUV on the previous visit) Shawn was out with a customer, so Griff Swank took care of me until Shawn came back. Griff was very nice, courteous and very knowledgable also... He would be a person I would go to also if and only if Shawn wasnt available. ( I would wait for Shawn though!!) A 2008 Ford Escape had just come in not even on the lot yet and it was exactly what I was looking for. Good condition, right price and great miles. So I am now the owner of an SUV thanks to Shawn K, if it hadnt been for his sales technique, (NOT pushy at all and knowing what I was looking for) I am very happy with my purchase, the excellent service Shawn gave me and when it came to doing the deal with my trade in and everything Glendon was very personable, kind and worked very well with me. The price was outstanding. Austin and Pat found an X program that authorized me to purchase the Ford Fusion at invoice without the need to haggle. They searched for the model/make of the new car that we wanted to purchase. When the dealership owning the new car reneged, Pat immediately found an alternative and got the alternative car delivered in less than 18 hours. They explained in detail price/cost differences between the original and alternative car. When we picked up the new car, Austin created our new MyFord account. Austin also explained in detail the many features of the car. When the car was detailed, Pat & Austin pointed out a scratch in the finish. They arranged for the car roof to be repainted to eliminate the scratch. Austin also arranged for a loaner car to drive while the roof was being repainted. Both my wife and I agree that Austin and Pat did a FANTASTIC job. We recommend them without reservation. Give Laird-Noller a shot a your business. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. More

We had a top notch buying experience. We were never made to feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. Cordaryl was very easy to work with and helped coordinate a trade at a reasonable value through the used affiliate at the same location. Pat helped us to get exactly the color and features we wanted and avoid options we didn't need by bringing in a vehicle from another dealership. Morgan was excellent at explaining the service plan options and getting additional information on them. We haven't used the maintenance/service facilities yet but were introduced to those employees -- they keep a very clean and professional looking facility with convenient in and out. A shuttle service to work is available for when you can't wait for work to be completed. I owned a Ford once before and had a very good experience with how their dealerships are run and the quality of their service --but had to find out the hard way that not all shops under other brands are equally reliable. With the quality of workmanship and innovative technology features in Ford's today, coupled with a commitment to top notch customer service, it would be a mistake not to give them a look before you decide on a new vehicle. As luck would have it at the end of the day.. what do you do know the car god's if you will answered my very wish. A blue Sonata came in on a trade. We both knew that was MY car! And as luck would have it, it fit into the price range. He even helped me figure out how some of the functions worked and synced my phone to the car explained some of the gagets & helped put my KU tags on for me because I didn't have the right tools! That's awesome service. No high pressure sales, no trying to push me into something I didn't want.
