When I realized it didn't quite meet what I was looking for, Jimmy didn't pressure me into buying it or looking at more cars. I asked him if we could look at the other trucks on the lot and he taught me about the different styles of F150s and benefits of each style and year. When I saw one i liked, he not only took me for a test drive but knew the entire history of the truck and even some stories about the previous owner. Everything was easy and relaxed. When it came to the business side of the house, he walked me through the trade-in process, and always had my best interests in mind. The business manager, Gary, was former Air Force and said he makes it his personal mission to ensure military members are taken care of. He took on a mentoring role and taught me the ins and outs of buying and financing a car. Everything about this dealership and the employees I worked with easy, relaxed, and professional. My truck actually had a cracked windshield, and Jimmy made sure a glass company called me the next day and scheduled the replacement at no cost to me. More

We sat in and drove a few different vehicles and drove a couple of different Edge’s on three different days before we decided to try to make a deal. After we completed the purchase Jimmy spent a lot of time helping us with the on board technology and set up. We had to go back a couple of days later for help with the seats and Jimmy and Griff got us going.
