Service Shortcomings My review pertains only to the service department as our Salesman was professional, courteous and pleasant to work with. However... Service departmen My review pertains only to the service department as our Salesman was professional, courteous and pleasant to work with. However... Service department has proven themselves to be completely incompetent on a number of "repairs" to our truck purchased there in June. We always have to take it back for them to fix what they've broken and/or to have the work completed because they aren't able to remedy it the same day. Today they changed our oil and overfilled it. The cap either blew off or was never put back on and now our engine compartment is full of oil.They have the worst service department I have ever encountered and the manager is full of excuses instead of solutions.
